Batch access rules
POST
/namespaces/{namespace}/collections/{collection}/access-rules:batchApply upsert, update, and delete operations in one
transaction: all commit, or none does. 200 when every operation changes
only readers; else 202 with one apply_access_rule job for the
whole batch. The first invalid operation fails the batch, and details
names its index.

This call requires a key. Samples use $GRAPHON_ENGINE_API_KEY.
