Reindex collection
POST
/namespaces/{namespace}/collections/{collection}:reindexRebuild the collection's index from its current files. 202 with a
reindex_collection job. Each old part of the index serves until its
rebuild is ready. 409 operation_in_progress while a reindex runs.

This call requires a key. Samples use $GRAPHON_ENGINE_API_KEY.
